3. Shipping Charges:

  • We offer free shipping on Prepaid orders.
  • For COD orders, a standard shipping fee will apply.

4. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
  • You can track your order by visiting the courier's website or using the link provided in your order confirmation email.

6. Delivery Issues:

7. Address Details:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or Mis deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
  • If there’s an issue with the address after placing an order, kindly contact us immediately.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for Pan India.

  • COD Charge: ₹89 for normal delivery zones in India.
  • COD Charge: ₹105 for special/remote delivery zones.
  • Applicable COD charges will be shown at checkout.

9. International Shipping: Currently, we are only offering domestic shipping within India.
